1 General Terms

578bd is an online casino and betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions define your relationship with the 578bd platform and set out the rights and responsibilities of both parties. These terms have been published in Bengali and shall be considered the final legal document.

In these terms, "user", "you", or "member" refers to any person who has registered on or is using the 578bd platform. "578bd", "we", "our", or "platform" refers to the relevant operator and the website they operate.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirements

To use the 578bd platform, you must meet the following requirements:

3 Account Registration & Security

When creating an account with 578bd, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information is strictly prohibited.

3.1 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. If you suspect that someone has accessed your account without authorization, contact [email protected] immediately. Sharing your credentials with others is prohibited, and you are responsible for any loss resulting from such activity.

3.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual may create only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are identified, all accounts will be permanently closed and the associated balances may be forfeited. If members of the same household share a device or network, this should be reported to [email protected] in advance.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

578bd may initiate an identity verification process at any time to ensure secure transactions. During this process, you may be asked to provide a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued documents. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until the verification process is completed.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

578bd processes financial transactions through payment methods commonly used in Bangladesh. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.

4.1 Minimum Deposit Amount

The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳300. Deposits below this amount will not be possible and the transaction will be automatically cancelled.

4.2 Minimum Withdrawal Amount

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.

4.3 General Withdrawal Policy

• Withdrawal requests may only be made from verified accounts.
• It is advisable to use the same method for deposits and withdrawals.
• 578bd reserves the right to investigate any suspicious transaction to prevent money laundering.
• Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the wagering requirements have been met.
• Withdrawals may be suspended while any active investigation is ongoing on the account.

4.4 Bank Transfer

For transactions via bank transfer, accounts at Dutch-Bangla Bank, Brac Bank, Islami Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks may be used. Complete and accurate bank details must be provided for bank transfers; 578bd shall not be liable for any delays caused by incorrect information.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

578bd offers promotional bonuses from time to time. Each offer has its own terms, which are detailed on the relevant promotion page.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳2,000 bonus → total ৳3,000
• Deposit ৳6,000 or more → maximum ৳5,000 bonus → total ৳11,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Before withdrawing winnings from a bonus, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount. The wagering requirement applies only to the bonus amount, not the deposit amount. For example: ৳2,000 bonus × 15 = ৳30,000 in bets must be placed before bonus winnings become withdrawable.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• A user may receive the welcome bonus only once.
• There is a set time limit to meet the bonus wagering requirements; if the requirements are not met within that time, the bonus will be cancelled.
• A valid, completed account verification must be in place to receive bonus benefits.
• 578bd reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.
• If misuse of bonus benefits or fraudulent activity is detected, the bonus will be forfeited.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

Various types of games and betting options are available on the 578bd platform. Each game has its own rules, which are listed on the game page.

6.1 Placing Bets

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If a bet is incorrectly accepted due to a technical error, 578bd reserves the right to void that bet and refund the relevant amount.

6.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting offers the opportunity to bet on cricket, football, kabaddi, and various other sports. Betting options are available for major tournaments including BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup. The outcome of any match will be determined based on the official announcement of the relevant sports body.

6.3 Game Results

578bd uses verified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair play in all games. In the event of a dispute over a game result, 578bd's system logs will be considered final evidence.

6.4 Maximum Win Limit

A maximum win limit may apply to certain games or betting events. The applicable limit will be clearly stated in the relevant game or betting section.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 578bd platform:

• Attempting to obtain bonuses through fraudulent means.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Conducting transactions using another person's identity.
• Money laundering or transacting with funds from illegal sources.
• Attempting to hack, manipulate, or exploit vulnerabilities in the platform's software.
• Placing bets using automated software or bots.
• Involvement in match fixing or manipulation of any game's result.
• Attempting to harass or harm other users.
• Advertising illegal products or services through the platform.

Involvement in any of the prohibited activities listed above will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of the associated balance, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

578bd reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If any clause of these terms is violated.
• If the information provided is found to be false or incomplete.
• If unusual or suspicious transactions are identified on the account.
• Under court order or government directive.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period.

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

If you wish to close your account yourself, you may send a request by emailing [email protected]. Any balance remaining at the time of closure may be withdrawn (subject to valid wagering requirements being met).

8.2 Self-Exclusion

9 Limitation of Liability

578bd provides its services on an "as is" basis and does not accept responsibility for the following:

• If a game session is interrupted due to loss of internet connection or a technical fault.
• If a transaction is delayed due to a system failure by a third-party payment provider.
• If the user's own credentials fall into the hands of another person.
• If services are suspended due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or government orders.
